This mosaic of the entire Grand Canyon from Lake Powell to Lake Mead was assembled from photos taken by Jeff Williams, current commander of the International Space Station, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the US National Park Service. The photo was taken from the International Space Station on March 25, 2014, and shows the eastern half of the Grand Canyon, from Marble Canyon on the right (northeast) to Havasu Canyon on the left (southwest).
